WARRANTY

Applies to new boards only. If on arrival your board appears to have a manufacturing defect you were not aware of, or be damaged in any way, please email us immediately at info@earthveins.com. This should not happen as we package our boards personally by hand, however unlikely, it is possible boards could be damaged during shipment.

Our boards have a six month warranty on them. If a significant damage occurs to your board, while using it as intended within reason, we will honour a replacement warranty within 6 months of purchase. We reserve the right to use our discretion on when and in what circumstances to honour, or not honour, this warranty. This warranty does not extend to boards that are heavily used, and/or damaged via misuse of the board, and/or damaged due to manipulation or changes made to the board. Please assume your own risk when you purchase a board. We are not responsible for boards damaged while using them as intended or otherwise. River boarding and whitewater are inherently dangerous and present conditions that could damage your board.
